Frequently Asked Questions
Is the event really free?+
Yes! Pizza and Disney On Ice admission are free for each eligible, confirmed child. A $10 refundable reservation deposit is required and returned after attendance.
Why do you require a deposit?+
Our goal is to keep UGOGIRL events free. The deposit helps reduce no-shows so limited opportunities aren't wasted. Don't worry—we refund your full $10 after your daughter attends!
Can parents attend the pizza meet-and-greet?+
Yes! Parents are welcome to attend, meet our team, and learn about UGOGIRL. Adults purchase their own meals. Please indicate your attendance during registration so we can reserve enough seating.
How will the girls get to Disney On Ice?+
The girls will walk together from Ellie's Bistro to the Prudential Center under adult supervision.
Where and when is pickup?+
Pickup is expected between 8:45 and 9:00 PM at the Prudential Center. The exact meeting point will be shared before the event.
Can I chaperone Disney On Ice?+
One additional parent chaperone opportunity is available. Interested adults can apply during registration. The selected adult must complete background screening and pay $30 for admission.
Can I register more than one child?+
Due to limited availability, only one eligible girl per household may participate in this event.
What should my daughter wear?+
Girls may wear an age-appropriate, modest Disney costume or a pink top with jeans or leggings. Comfortable walking shoes are required.
Will UGOGIRL host more events?+
Yes! We are planning a series of introductory experiences as we prepare for UGOGIRL's official January 2027 launch.
What happens when registration fills up?+
Once all available spots are reserved, registration closes and families can join the waitlist without paying a deposit.
